Hey I am Daniel!
I have always enjoyed building and fixing things. In my early teens, I started doing odd jobs around the neighborhood.
As I got older and grew in experience, I took on larger and more complex projects. For a few summers, while in school majoring in technology, I worked for a home renovation contractor rehabilitating 100-year-old homes in downtown Richmond.
I continued to work in construction — and with many of the trades — through my college and early adult years, but eventually moved into a full-time technology position.
As my family and full-time job responsibilities grew, I slowly phased out most of the construction work, and focused exclusively on the world of technology, and in 20 years I have grown a great deal professionally.
Today, as my own children near the age where I started my journey, I felt drawn back to where I started.
